                         BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE

LETTER TO THE EDITOR.

Write a letter-to-the-editor of your hometown newspaper about an issuethat concerns you. Once your instructor has corrected your letter youmight want to send it to your local paper for publication. Use mixedpunctuation.

Dear Mr Editor of TIME.md newspaper.
In the tumult of events on the International arena caused by the civil war Syria, which provoked an unprecedented surge of immigration to Europe, I insist, through the present, on continuing my support campaign. I have on several occasions expressed my revolt and protest against the deregulated process of migration of people who are escaping from the battlefields of Syria war grounds. Objectively speaking there is a situation that endangers the life of citizens from that country. There is the internal unrest, the surge of terrorism which cause abuses of human rights, local state authorities, which negligently or with premeditation have countered terrorism by using the chemical weapon as a result of which thousands had died. As a consequence it has become impossible to perform the everyday peaceful life routine activities like attending school, processing the land, unfold the regular farming works because of the random attacks by the state authorities, ISIS terror organization and in the last several months – from the part of world military forces, with air bombing strikes and raids which have transformed the country into ruins.
The humanity has been repeatedly shocked by the tragic instances that cast a light and perspective upon the atrocities that the population has passed through.
Nevertheless the international community chooses to interpret differently the high emergency conditions that have dominated in that region and the European media have engaged boisterously into a debate about which status to give to those refugees. It is true that the influx, tide of immigrants has disturbed the equilibrium of the majority of countries, that are unprepared to receive millions of refugees from the war zone, as all categories of people mix in, not only from deadly wounded Syria but from Iran, Lebanon and other countries as well. The polemics is unfair when the balance tilts in favour of calling all the incoming people on the European continent – immigrants for economic purposes.
Honestly, Europe is rich enough and it would find the internal resources to accommodate the refugees’ families. I think that accelerating the processing of incoming refugees and discerning, separating, more rapidly between the categories they fin into, would become not only the emergency task of the qualified European authorities but also their mission of honour. So many families are festering in temporary camps in improper conditions in a degrading standstill in their lives,  that this starts to discredit the greed-driven countries like GB and Germany which start to find fault and trade in people’s misery, when they must honour their duties.

Respectfully: a loyal reader.
